After you apply, our recruiters review your application. They look at the descriptions of your jobs and the length of time you had each job based on the start and end dates you entered. If you did not do a really thorough job on filling out this information on your application, you might not get considered for as many jobs. You might want to fill out a new application. Click here for instructions on redoing your application.
After their review, if we have positions open currently for which the recruiters feel you would be a good candidate, you may be contacted immediately to come in to our office for an in-depth interview.
If we do not have a position open currently for which the recruiters feel you are immediately qualified, you will not be required to do anything further until we have something for you.
We keep in touch with you and notify you of job openings primarily through the email address you entered on your application. If you did not have an email address at the time you filled out the application, we strongly recommend you get one. We will still call you about open jobs when the system places you highly on the list of qualified candidates but we can contact many more people much faster via email so we always start with that first so if you don't have one, you may be the last to know about an open job.
We also send text messages, especially if you marked that you would be interested in working short-notice short-term positions. Make sure your cell phone number is current on your application with us and that youR cell phone can accept text messages.
