KEY opened in Holland in 1990 as an independent non-franchised agency. KEY became one of the largest single branch operations in the nation. KEY has twice been named to the "Michigan 100", a listing of the fastest growing privately-held companies in Michigan. Our greatest strengths are creativity and innovation. We were the first to fully develop on-demand data reporting for our clients, on-site electronic timekeeping, and an open-order system for working with other agencies. As the Internet has grown, we have kept pace. Our national candidate searches are now conducted with the assistance of over 30 employment-related search engines. Beginning in October 2005, our candidate recruitment, testing and application process as well as our client order tracking system are web-based.
